About us

RSD Dance & Cheer is based in South Wales, covering the areas of The Rhondda, Pontypridd, Llantrisant, Aberdare and Bridgend.

The programme is a very popular one with both parents and children, as it provides tuition in a relaxed friendly environment and yet achieves top class results, evident from the British Championship titles pupils from the programme now hold.

A large variety of styles are taught at RSD, to find out more information on the options available to you visit the RSD Options page.  Then once you've found the class that interests you, details of times and locations can viewed at the class timetable .

For those who like to take to the stage there's the part time performing arts school for children, RSD Academy. Since its launch this has proved to be very successful, and has seen numerous students take to the stage.

Beginners (working from forward rolls to round offs) 9am -11am
Intermediate (are able to cartwheel and round off learning backflips) 11.30-am-1.30
Advanced (are able to backflip working on backflip series up to double twists) 2.00pm-4.00pm

Less than 10 minutes from both Juntion 32 and 34 of the M4

Our dedicated facility is now open for Cheerleading and Tumbling, with sessions in dance and gymnastics to be added shortly.  Keep checking back for further updates!
